Inventory management software: It is an all-in-one solution, which will help to track and manage inventory across warehouses , easily and efficiently. It enables one to check the stock status, get updates on low stock items and make purchase orders directly from this software.

Purchases management: one can manage their entire purchase order cycle in this software. Prepare purchase orders using TrueBays cloud platform and send it straight to respective vendors. This makes it easier to track invoices bad purchases made with each vendor.

Sales management: Sales CRM provides a complete insights into the customers purchasing habits and the way the business deals with it. The department can understand the customer base, take measures to treat them better, tap on the opportunities, catch the changes in customer spending, in order to serve customers with the utmost perfection and satisfaction.

Finance management: one can access crucial financial data virtually from any place on the globe and any device that is well connected to the internet. Having all-time access to crucial financial information will allow you to analyse, share, extract, organise, and categorise the data at any time at your convenience.

HRMS: It makes it easier to integrate employee data with other business department. Integrating modules like attendance, payroll and benefits help in improving overall security and privacy.

Overview

The system integrates internal and external management information across the organisation, embracing finance , manufacturing, sales, service and Human Resource. The system will automate these activities with an integrated software application with the purpose to facilitate the flow of information between all the business functions.

The system can run on a variety of hardware and network configurations employing a database to store and process data, and operates in real time, without relying on periodic updates. With a common database, that provides a consistent look and feel throughout each module.

Business Challenge

Al Shams was looking for an ERP system that can be used to manage both their wholesale distribution and retail store. TrueBays worked closely with Al Shams to modify the system the way they required. We also integrated the POS Software with the ERP Software.

The solution needed to be cloud-based, easy-to-use and have excellent distribution management features.
