Al Shams Al Safra General Trading LLC is a UAE-based FMCG trading company with roots in Korean food product distribution, operating across both wholesale distribution and retail channels. The Operational Challenges Facing a UAE FMCG Trading Company

Running a dual-channel FMCG business, simultaneously managing wholesale distribution and a retail store, created operational complexity that the company's existing tools could not handle effectively. Four core challenges were identified during TrueBays' initial assessment:

Retail POS — Integrated with ERP

TrueBays integrated the retail POS directly with the StackFX ERP backend.
