About Al Shams Al Safra & The ERP Requirement
Al Shams Al Safra General Trading LLC is a UAE-based FMCG trading company with roots in Korean food product distribution, operating across both wholesale distribution and retail channels. As the business expanded its product range and customer base across the UAE, managing operations through disconnected systems, separate tools for inventory, purchases, sales, and finance, became increasingly difficult to sustain.
The company needed a single, unified cloud ERP system that could handle the complexity of both their wholesale distribution business and their retail store simultaneously with full visibility across inventory, purchasing, sales performance, financial reporting, and HR all from one platform. They also required POS integration for their retail outlet, which needed to sync in real time with the main ERP.
