Bait Maryam is a well-known restaurant chain in the UAE, serving authentic Middle Eastern cuisine across multiple branches. With over 180 employees working in different locations, Bait Maryam wanted to streamline HR operations, enhance employee engagement, and track attendance efficiently using biometric devices.
Product Description
HRMS: TrueBays implemented a centralized HR software to manage employee data, leave management, onboarding, and other HR functions for all branches. The solution provided a unified employee database, simplified HR tasks, and enabled seamless communication between HR and branch managers.
Performance Module: The performance management feature allows managers to define KPIs, conduct periodic reviews, and maintain transparent appraisal processes to ensure continuous improvement and employee motivation.
Employee Self-Service (ESS): All 180 employees were provided with access to an ESS portal to check payslips, submit leave requests, update personal information, and view attendance details — improving transparency and engagement.
Biometric Integration: Attendance tracking was automated across multiple branches by integrating biometric devices directly with the HR system, ensuring accurate attendance and payroll processing.
